In between shows at the Golf-Drouot in Paris, France, David Bowie and the Lower Third performed for the only time at Le Bus Palladium.
The nightclub was situated at 6 Rue Pierre-Fontaine in the Saint-Georges district of the 9th arrondissement of Paris. It was originally a cafe and restaurant, then a casino, theatre, jazz club, and cabaret lounge.
Le Bus Palladium opened on 30 September 1965, with a focus on rock and pop music. Although open to members of the public, it quickly attracted a celebrity clientele including Salvador Dalí and Serge Gainsbourg. The venue closed in April 2022 for demolition ahead of the construction of a hotel.
