David Bowie performed at the Hippodrome Wellington in Ostend, Belgium, on 7 July 2002, as part of the Heathen Tour.
It was the fifth date of the tour, which began on 29 November at London’s Royal Festival Hall. This show was part of the Seat Beach Rock Festival.
Earl Slick was on guitar, Gerry Leonard played guitar and keyboards, and Mark Plati played guitar, bass guitar, and keyboards. Gail Ann Dorsey was on bass guitar, guitar, and backing vocals, and Mike Garson played keyboards. Sterling Campbell was on drums, and Catherine Russell played keyboards and percussion and sang backing vocals.
