David Bowie’s first live show of 1970 was at the Three Tuns pub in Beckenham.
This was his 29th appearance at the pub. In 1969 he had co-founded Growth – the Beckenham Arts Lab, which took place every Sunday and occasionally weekday nights at the Three Tuns.
