David Bowie and the Spiders From Mars’ penultimate recording session for Aladdin Sane took place on 23 January 1973.
The final album sessions took place at London’s Trident Studios from 20–24 January, after which Bowie set sail for America to continue the Ziggy Stardust Tour.
