  1. “WILLINGNESS TO USE” IS KEY PREREQ FOR BI SUCCESS

    Excellent points. After 19 years in the enterprise applications business I have to say that willingness to use the application is probably one of the most important factors in the success of any application implementation, whether a transactional application like ERP or analytical application like BI/OLAP. This requires an element of “change management”.
